Prepare these documents to finalize your application file

Note: Uploading documents is optional — you can still submit your application without attaching files.
  • A stamped application addressed to the Minister of Basic Education
  • The candidate information sheet generated and printed after online submission
  • Two passport-size photographs (4x4 format)
  • A certified true copy of the birth certificate
  • Two certified true copies of the CAPIEMP or the Teacher's Grade One Certificate
  • An unstamped photocopy of the CAPIEMP or the Teacher's Grade One Certificate
  • A certified copy of any diploma or training certificate in special education or specific training in inclusive pedagogy and the management of learners with special educational needs (SEN)
  • A certified photocopy of the National Identity Card
  • Bulletin No. 3 of the criminal record (issued within the last three months)
  • A medical examination report
  • A civil status information sheet
  • A sworn undertaking to serve at the assigned post for five (5) years
  • A motivation letter specifying the chosen under-staffed school
  • A certified true copy of the marriage certificate (where applicable)
  • A residence certificate in the chosen Region
  • One A4-size stamped envelope bearing the candidate's address
